Privacy And Data Controls
- Health data controls are managed in iOS Settings.
- AI features and third-party AI processing can be changed in Welta Settings.
- AI insight context may include minimized trends, goal ratios, a selected Time Machine scenario identifier or label, and bounded coded continuity markers; raw HealthKit records and workout-route coordinates are excluded.
- Photo-based food analysis sends selected food photos only after you choose to analyze them.
- Today’s plans and logging actions remain drafts until you review and confirm them.
You may contact Welta to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, or an appeal concerning Welta-controlled personal information. Include enough information to authenticate the request, but do not email raw Health data, food photos, passwords, or security credentials.
Useful Details
For ordinary support, include your app version, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include raw Apple Health exports or sensitive screenshots unless Welta specifically requests them through an appropriate support process.
