By downloading, installing, or using Welta: AI Wellness Insights, you agree to these Terms.
Product Scope
Welta is a general-wellness app that helps you view, organize, and understand information you choose to make available, including Apple Health and HealthKit information, food logs, wellness summaries, and optional AI wellness insights.
No Medical Advice
Welta is for wellness and informational use only. Welta does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, lab interpretation, or medication or supplement dosing. Contact a qualified medical professional for health concerns and emergency services for urgent situations.
Optional AI And Nutrition Features
Cloud AI requires optional AI controls, including permission for third-party AI processing. Minimized AI context may include supplied trends, goal ratios, a selected Time Machine scenario identifier or label, and bounded coded continuity markers. Numeric forecast values, raw HealthKit records, workout-route coordinates, prior insight text, and full personal histories are excluded from the AI insight contract.
Welta AI chats, local memory, and Today’s plans are not synced through Welta cloud services in this release. Today’s plans and supported logging actions are drafts that you must review and confirm; Welta does not autonomously save them.
Photo-based food analysis may send selected or captured food images to third-party processors after you choose to analyze them. Nutrition values and AI outputs are estimates and should be reviewed before saving or relying on them.
Your Responsibilities
- Use Welta lawfully and only for personal wellness purposes.
- Review Health, iCloud, notification, analytics, camera, microphone, and AI permissions before using related features.
- Use your own judgment before relying on summaries, AI outputs, plans, or nutrition estimates.
- Do not use Welta for emergency or medical decision-making.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Welta or its supporting services.
Third-Party And Platform Services
Some features depend on Apple services, Cloudflare, Cloudflare Workers AI, FatSecret, Amplitude, network access, or other third-party processors. These services may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or subject to their own terms. Welta may change or replace a provider while maintaining materially equivalent product, privacy, and security controls.
When FatSecret-backed nutrition content is enabled, it is identified in the app as Powered by fatsecret Platform API. By using a feature that displays that content, you also agree to the fatsecret Platform API Terms of Use. FatSecret content is factual reference information for an editable log draft, not medical, diet, nutrition, or health advice. Review values against product labels or other reliable sources before saving them.
Purchases
If Welta offers paid features, subscriptions, or trials through the App Store, Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Intellectual Property
Welta, including its software, design, content, logos, and product materials, is owned by Welta Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
Disclaimer And Liability
Welta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs, nutrition estimates, and wellness summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, Welta Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on wellness insights, AI output, device state, Apple Health availability, iCloud availability, network availability, or third-party services.
Changes
Welta features and these Terms may change over time. Material changes will be reflected in the published Terms and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
